Hatha Yoga Pranit Pramanpatra Pariksha (Yoga Teachers Training Course) conducted every year under the direct supervision of senior teachers. Minimum 2 Years Yogic practices required.
Course contents: earlier two programmes viz. Preliminary, Repeater and Pranayama course, plus advanced Pranayama Practices
Eight Pranayamas Anulom Vilom, Ujjayi, Sheetali, Sitkari, Bhasrika, Bhramari, Murchya, and Plavani.
Three Bandhas Mool, Udyan and Jalandhara
Ten Mudras Maha Mudra, Maha Bandha, Maha Veda, Khechari, Viparit Karni, Vajroli, Shaktichalani
Syllabus covers Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama and Pratyahara i.e. five stages of Bahiranga Sadhana
The abovementioned yogic practices of Hatha Yog (Astanga yog) leads the individual Sadhaka for AntaRanga sadhana viz. Dharana, Dhyana,Samadhi). Certificates are Awarded to successful Yoga Teachers.
