The Basic Pranayama Course is conducted for the Sadhak who have completed the three months Preliminary yoga course and the same is practice individually for at least six to nine months at home. There are many types of Pranayama described in ancient yogic text, but Guruji selected "Ashta (8 no.) Pranayama" for learning and practicing daily. This 'Ashta Pranayama' are defined in following shloka
“SuryaBhedana Ujjaii Sitkari Shitali tatha, Bhasrika Bhramari Murcha Plavinitashta Kumbhaka”
These pranayama classes are conducted at Shri Ambika Yog Kutir, Thane only, under the guidance of qualified senior Teachers.
