The participant will find the following information useful


The venue of the convention is located

  • Approximately 2 ½ km. away from Thane Railway station as well as from State Transport bus depot
  • Approximately 32 km. away from Mumbai air port.

Ample public transport is available from all these locations viz. auto-rikshaws (3-wheeler) from Thane Railway station and Thane ST bus depot and taxis from air port.

2. The Registration Fee includes following facilities:

  • A common-dormitory type arrangement for Friday and Saturday (2nd & 3rd January)
  • Bed with bed sheets and a pillow
  • Breakfast with tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner for 2, 3 and 4 January.
  • Requisite kit such as a carry-bag, writing pad and a ball pen
  • The participants are advised to carry any medication, special food/ food supplement that are required by them.

3. Following facilities are excluded from the Registration Fee 

  • Local transport in and around Thane for the purpose of sightseeing, transport from hotel to the convention venue, to and fro to Thane Railway station, bus depot, airport etc.
  • All other facilities which are specifically not mentioned in Sr. No. 2 above.

4. The participants are advised not to bring with them valuable items such as laptop, camera etc.


1. The participants are advised NOT to bring their  own vehicle to the venue and instead make use of public transport available. This is due to the fact that there is NO parking space available at the location of the venue.

2. The Registration Fee includes following facilities:

  • Breakfast with tea, lunch, afternoon tea for 2, 3 and 4 January
  • Requisite stationary such as a carry-bag, writing pad and a ballpen
